WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We also accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards through PayPal.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS ORDERS?
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days (Business days do NOT include weekends or federal, local or state holidays).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE ?
All orders are handmade, designed to perfection, inspected and shipped out within 10 -15 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships.
Due to Covid-19 shipping transit may take between 4 -10 business days after processing to arrive depending on location.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
We ship all orders using USPS First Class, USPS Priority, FedEx or UPS depending on the item being shipped.

CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?
Yes, absolutely. Simply enter your gift recipient's address in the ship to field during check out. You can also email us at email@example.com

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. If you haven’t received the information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from our team will send it over promptly.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please be sure your billing and shipping address match your card to avoid delays and declines. Payment is due at time of purchase.
Once the order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. To track orders, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason.

LOST, DAMAGED and INCORRECT ITEMS
If you did not receive your items please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your order is incomplete, damaged, or incorrect, we will correct the problem. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt/delivery so we can determine the best way to resolve the matter. We will not be able to make any adjustments after this time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Should you decide to return your purchase for any reason, you may do so within 5 business days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange or store credit, less the cost of shipping and handling. If you received an incorrect order or the item is damaged, shipping will credited. All SALE items are final and cannot be returned.
Items must be packed in the original box with the original packaging materials as damaged returns will not be honored. Please contact us at email@example.com if you plan to return a purchase. All returns must be shipped insured to the following address:

All of our designs are carefully inspected and sent to you with adequate packing materials. In the event your package arrives damaged, please open immediately and take photos of the damage and the packaging. Please email the damage claim and photos to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving the package. Please keep all boxes and packing materials until your claim is resolved.
